If you are a 1L with crappy contracts professor like me, this is about to save your a**. I stopped reading all materials provided by the professor because he did not require citing cases at the exam, he only cared for the restatement. I read this book, memorized it, and got an A on the final as well as the class. Each professor is different, but this is such a good overview of all the main points you need to know to ace a test that there is really no reason to not buy it anyway.

Great overview of common law and UCC contracts. As with most CrunchTime books the strongest point is the excellent exam flowcharts. Of course make sure you fact check against your jurisdiction.Used the 2012 edition for both Law School and to pass the Florida Bar.
This book helped me pass my contracts exam! Contracts was my worst class and there was just so much material. 3 days before the exam I still didn't have an outline. I used this book and got a 3.5 on the exam. I purchased one for this semester's class of civil procedure. Crunchtime is the best study aid for exams and I'll definitely be buying them for bar prep.
