My 10 year old was soooooo excited to get this book and read it over and over for the next few weeks. She had so many questions about puberty and this book covered it all. It also let her know that I was here for her and interested in what was going on with her.

I have looked everywhere for a book that explains these body issues, read hundreds of reviews- I finally decided on this book & I am glad I did. I read this entire book before giving it to my 12yr old. I tore out 4 pages. Two on how to insert a tampon & two on eating disorders. There was nothing inappropriate about these pages- this is just what I decided to do. The book is written perfectly, giving brief, but thorough information. I was glad to see some of the subjects - which I believe will help my daughter feel “less alone” in her experiences.

Bought this book for our 10 year old daughter and she loves this book. She read it and could not wait to talk to her friends about it. A great conversation started and makes her feel comfortable about the upcoming changes.

My nine year-old daughter really loves these books, finds them very valuable. She is good about asking questions and discussing what's going on in her life, but I think she appreciates a source that she can use on her own. If she wants details or more info after the book she brings it to me.

This book is wonderful my 10-year-old is excited to read it and understands the material it’s funny how the book and I could say the same thing but it means more coming from the book to her. It is a good source of information and is very descriptive and the changes in our bodies.

My 9 year old loves this book! She spent days reading through it. It really helped her to know what she wanted to ask me and we were able to have lots of conversations about various things. It's pretty similar to the "The care and keeping of you for younger girls" I think. Lots of the same topics are covered.
