1. This book has literally ONE recipe about smoking, rest is about grilling so don't buy it if you bought a smoker to smoke stuff!2. This book looks like it was made using Microsoft Word 97 edition and then printed on a black and white printer (not a single color photo).3. This book has all but 90 pages! And if you would condense it all the text could fit on 20 (lots of "white space" and black and white pictures that are useless/have no detail).4. This book has all kinds of missleading information! Take a look at my picure where the author talks about using coal and a chimney starter! In a freakin pelet smoker? Wtf! Its clearly a copy&paste from online (about smoking in a charcoal grill) and nobody bothered to proof read this book.First time sending something back! And never purchasing from this autor again either!
I have got a smoker as a birthday present from my colleagues last week and it was really surprising. I love foods and now they want me to cook something fro them. Although i have used smoker before but i needed something fresh and exciting so i choose this book. And it was an excellent help. The author has pointed out the useful tips we usually forgot to follow and how to make the best use of the smoker. The recipes are well explained and the pictures are very tempting. Now i have a huge collection of delicious recipes to keep my smoker busy all the time.
Wow! Amazing mouth-watering smoked meat recipes. I really love to eat smoked foods, meats, fish or veggies, love them all. And since this book has introduced this great Pellet Smoker and Grill, I will definitely have this appliance very soon. I've learned the advantages and benefits of this smoker and I think i will really enhance more flavors and aromas of all kind of meats. I want to have a hard copy of this cookbook.

This book is particularly good for getting down the basics of temperatures for different meats and you quickly learn to make ingredient adjustments based on your own specific tastes. There are plenty of recipes here suitable for an outdoor bbl but you can use it just as easy for indoor dinners. Highly recommend this book.
A lot of good info if you are into smoking meat. The recipes included are easy to follow. This book gives excellent guidance and the results (brisket, ribs and stuffed onions) have been delicious. Paul Rodgers has obviously researched the subject well and has presented a book which eliminates the mystery and makes smoked meats as well as side dishes, even dessert, attainable. Love it.
